Just tried a frozen lasagna that I got from Whole Foods and it was FANTASTIC. It stayed together which is something I look for in a good lasagna, every bite was cheesy, it was full of vegetables, and so easy to cook! All natural and only 360 calories for the entire tray. I need to come up with a routine I like or find a new video to do, because these 15-minute-do-whatever-you-want-as-long-as-its-not-sitting workout sessions I’ve been doing are not effective, and I should stop kidding myself.
