ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZAS
INGREDIENTS:
1 Whole Wheat Fiber One English Muffin
1/4 cup Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/8 cup Tomato Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Layer sauce and cheese onto english muffins
Broil the english muffins in the oven on a baking sheet until the cheese is melted and edges are crispy. Be careful, because this only takes about 2-3 minutes in the broiler!

Ugh!
I’ve hit a plateau. I feel as if I’m doing everything right and I still can’t get back to 96. I gained those two stupid pounds on vacation in July and they just wont come off. I go hiking, biking, I do pilates, I eat right (mostly), and it just wont budge. Help!
